Highlights and Create Your Own subscribers can exchange once per season at no charge. Grand and Showcase subscribers can exchange as many times as they need, right up to 24 hours before curtain. Call the box office or log in to your account to make the swap.
Yes. Your seats are held for you for every performance in your package. You will sit in the same spot all season, which means you always know what to expect when you walk in.
Subscribers have first right of renewal before seats open to the public. You will receive your renewal offer by mail and email each spring. Renewing before the deadline keeps your current seats.
Groups of 10 or more receive 20 percent off regular single-ticket prices for any concert. Corporate groups and community organizations are welcome. Contact our group sales team at groups@grsymphony.org or 616.454.9451 to reserve your block.
Gift subscriptions are available for all four packages. The recipient chooses their own seats and concert schedule. Gift cards in any dollar amount are also available at the box office and online.
DeVos Performance Hall offers wheelchair-accessible seating on every level, assisted listening devices at the box office, and large-print programs at Guest Services. A sensory-friendly Family concert is offered each season. For specific accommodation requests, call 616.454.9451 at least one week before your concert.
Students with valid ID can purchase Student Rush tickets at the box office starting 90 minutes before curtain for $18. Rush seats are based on availability and not guaranteed. Students can also subscribe to a Create Your Own package starting at $54 for three concerts.
